Your account activity including transaction history, cash balances and security positions as well as written, oral, or electronic communications are also retained.

We only disclose your personal non-public information to third parties as necessary and as permitted by law. We do not sell the information you provided to us to third parties.

We want to make sure that we have accurate information about you. Upon written request, we will make your personal information available for your review. If you believe that any of our records are inaccurate, please notify us in writing of any corrections, amendments or deletions that you believe should be made.

You may limit us from sharing your information with unaffiliated third parties, but recognize that we only share such information with your broker dealers or custodians for the purpose of servicing your account.
