In order to provide the best financial services to you, we collect, retain and use the personal information about you from account applications and other required forms, such as information to verify your identity, including your name, address, phone number, email address, Social Security number, and date of birth as well as your source of wealth, investment experience and current investments. Your account activity including transaction history, cash balances and security positions as well as written, oral, or electronic communications are also retained.

We only disclose your personal non-public information to third parties as necessary and as permitted by law. We do not sell the information you provided to us to third parties. We restrict access to personal nonpublic information to employees, affiliates and service providers such as broker dealers and custodians involved in servicing your account. We require that these entities limit the use of the information provided to the purposes for which it is disclosed and permitted by law.

We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with Federal standards to guard nonpublic personal information of our clients.

We want to make sure that we have accurate information about you. Upon written request, we will make your personal information available for your review. If you believe that any of our records are inaccurate, please notify us in writing of any corrections, amendments or deletions that you believe should be made.

You may limit us from sharing your information with unaffiliated third parties, but recognize that we only share such information with your broker dealers or custodians for the purpose of servicing your account.
